What are your Customer Service hours?
9:00am - 5:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday, except holidays.

Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes. You may select USPS Priority Mail for delivery of your order during the Checkout process.

How do I check the status of my order?
In order to check the status of your order, please use our Order Tracking System.

Can I order from outside the US?
At this time, TV Spot Shopping is only able to fulfill orders that are to be shipped to an address in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

What should I do if I have trouble with the website, such as unable to login or add to cart?
You may call Customer Service at 1-888-737-8234. Alternatively, you may alert us via email.

When will my order ship?
Orders for products that are in stock will ship within 2-5 days from receiving confirmation of payment funds (credit card or check clearing).


POLICIES

Returns:

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item, for any reason, for a full product refund (less s/h). This refund will reflect the full product price, not including any shipping costs. Make sure to call our customer service department at 1-888-737-8234 BEFORE returning an item so it can be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Returns may not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

RETURNS AFTER ANY Manufacturer’s 30-DAY GUARANTEE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

All returns over the manufacturer's 30-day guarantee, not to exceed 6 months, will be issued a merchandise credit upon receipt of the unopened product. All merchandise credits must be used within 6 months of receipt. Shipping and handling is not included in the merchandise credit. No refunds or exchanges.

By web: Ordering online is available 24 hours a day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you. With our easy to follow checkout process, you can enter your credit card directly into this site's secure server which will encrypt your information.

By phone: Call in to our order center at 1-888-373-8234. This number is for orders only so please see the customer service info below for additional questions or information you may need.

By mail: If you prefer, you can also send in a check or money order. Simply add the products that you want into your shopping cart. Before checking out, click on View Cart Details under the Shopping Cart on the right hand side navigation bar. Print out the page that appears titled "Your Shopping Cart" with the Cart Subtotal. Double check to make sure all of your quantities are correct. Include that print-out with your check or money order and mail it to the following address:
